Are you comfortable working on spiritual and sexual topics?
We are looking for a key administrative position with virtual social media skills who has the potential to become a project manager, can work both in a home office in San Diego and virtually from your home for approx. 20 hours per week to work for a small but life-changing company that offers sexual and spiritual coaching.
This is a creative, fun and flexible work environment both virtually and possibly at live events if you are in the San Diego area (optional.)
REQUIREMENTS:
♦ Strong computer skills (Google Docs, gmail files., WordPress, Excel, etc)
♦ Prior administrative experience
♦ Reliable, self-starter, detail oriented and efficient multi-tasker
♦ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
♦ Ability to work independently and in teams
♦ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work towards deadlines
♦ Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility
HOURS AND COMPENSATION
Flexible hours, must be punctual/reliable to meetings and keep track of your own billing. approx. 20 hours between 10am, (Tues-Sat.)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
(Some of the following duties are shared with other administrators:)
♦ Weekly strategy meetings to prioritize tasks
♦ Marketing and Social Media (MeetUP, FB, Twitter)
♦ Sales Copy writing and editing
♦ Event Coordination
♦ Appointment Setting for Coaching Clients
♦ Basic Accounting and bookkeeping
♦ Data Collection & Maintenance
♦ Correspondence via Email
♦ Calendaring, travel arrangements and meeting coordination
Ideally, but not required, you are experienced in:
♦ Newsletter Creation
♦ WordPress blogging and/or web maintenance
♦ Office AutoPilot database maintenance
♦ Product launches experience is a PLUS
♦ Personal Assistance
♦ Publishing on Kindle or Create Space
♦ Project management on BaseCamp
♦ Offer creation with Optimize Press
In addition, you may be responsible for:
♦ Maintaining a shared “Master To Do List” and updating a business manual.
♦ Keeping track of your hours and specifying how much time it takes to
complete each task, or how much time you spend on a specific category
of tasks. Presenting these details at weekly meetings and/or on
invoices.
♦ Keeping all receipts and presenting them in an organized fashion when petty cash has been spent.
♦ Identify areas where we can improve office processes by providing
and implementing creative solutions
♦ Complete special tasks as needed
