The Fool is an adventurous student of life. The one that packs a tiny bag, kisses certainty goodbye, and walks toward the horizon with no real plan except trust. Every meaningful journey begins here: hopeful, underprepared, messy, and exhilaratingly alive.
Today, I’m inviting you on a new journey…
When I finished writing my memoir, I felt immediately inspired to create a course about the Tarot (and of course I’d offer tantric, poly, kinky, queer advice!)
As I introduce my new memoir, I’ll be releasing one card at a time over the next 22 weeks! I’ll be introducing the 22 archetypes of the Tarot’s Major Arcana. And for those who want a more in-depth look at the cards, my book and corresponding course will be launching this summer solstice!
The Tarot is a map of the soul. It speaks to desire, identity, heartbreak, awakening, shadow, devotion, collapse, rebirth, love, power, death, liberation, and the mystery of becoming fully human. And yes, I’ll absolutely be exploring what the cards reveal about queer love, open relationships, spiritual partnership, erotic truth, and unconventional paths. But the deeper current underneath all of it is transformation.
My forthcoming memoir tells the story of my sacred sexual awakening, it has 22 chapters, where I share 22 initiations, because the Tarot has 22 archetypes in the Major Arcana.
Starting with The Fool!
Most people think The Fool means naïve optimism or reckless spontaneity. But the deeper esoteric teaching is much deeper and more beautiful. The Fool is the soul before conditioning fully hardens. They are the part of us that trusts the path before there is proof. They leave the old world without guarantees. It’s a reminder to fall in love with mystery.
In many ways, The Fool is the messenger of sacred becoming. Not knowing. Not performing mastery. Not waiting until you’re fully healed, certain, enlightened, or understood. Not just a beginner’s mind but an unconventional one.
The fool questions everything comfortable. Those of us who are queer, polyamorous, or tantric tend to know this archetype intimately. We’ve had to step off prescribed paths and discover the shape of our own hearts. So I hope you follow and join me for:

In dreaming up my own tarot deck, ChatGPT became part of the creative ritual. I changed each archetype to reflect aspects of my personal life story.
For example, this fool represents the beginning of my sexual awakening when I was leaving for Hawaii. “During this time, I had a profound sense of freedom that allowed me to strip off layers of social and sexual conditioning with no regard for what others thought of me. It no longer mattered if you called me lesbian, bisexual, poly, tantric, kinky, queer—I knew my true nature: I was love.”
