Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Run weekly strategy meetings and prioritize goals
- Take ownership of the back-end of a WordPress bookstore
- Online promotion to support retreats and events around the world
- Making travel arrangements & booking accommodations
- Database management and list building
- Monthly newsletter creation and editing (MailChimp)
- Publishing on Kindle or Create Space
- Accounting and bookkeeping of book sales
- Appointment setting for coaching clients
- Identify areas where we can improve office processes by providing & implementing creative solutions
Qualifications and Background:
- 5+ Years prior experience as an admin or executive assistant
- +55 WPM Typing skills and Excellent command of English language
- Experience with WordPress and Social Media
- Strong computer skills (Google Docs, gmail files.,Excel, etc.
- Ability to work independently and with people
- Reliable, punctual, flexible, highly organized, self motivated, detail oriented and efficient multi-tasker!
- Experience launching online infoProducts
- Project management on BaseCamp/Asana
- Landing pages with Optimize Press or click funnel
- Creating and maintaining a business manual
- Personal assistance on special tasks
- Proofreading and copy editing
- Graphic Design & Formatting documents
- Active interest in personal growth, holistic health, and/or human potential
